To reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
No refund will be issued if the appointment is cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time or if the client does not attend the appointment.
To request a refund, please send us a WhatsApp message along with a screenshot of your payment receipt.
